Welcome

I am here to help people process current or past struggles that come while we navigate life. My background is in education, athletics, and my own experiences through both wonderful and difficult transitions and challenges in life. As a Stuart native, I'm honored to practice with the Stuart Center for Couples & Families in the community that shaped me.

Together we'll discover your inner strength while reframing the challenges holding you back.

Who I Work With

Life Transitions:

Life rarely unfolds in a straight line. Whether you're an emerging adult navigating new independence, identity, or direction; a couple adjusting to shifts in your relationship; or a family facing unexpected changes - transitions can feel disorienting and overwhelming. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are in seasons of change (expected or unexpected) and need support processing what's shifting and finding their footing again. Together, we'll explore what this transition means for you, clarify what matters most, and develop practical ways to move forward with greater confidence and peace.

Medical Family Therapy:

Medical events, treatments, diagnoses, and accidents can be difficult for a family to navigate. The effects go far beyond the medical prognosis and can be stressful not only for the medical patient, but also for the family system that has been strained due to changes in roles, routines, and expectations. I have specialized training in medical family therapy and am committed to helping families during these already difficult times by supporting them with the emotional and relational challenges that accompany medical crises. Whether you're adjusting to a new diagnosis, supporting a loved one through treatment, or processing the aftermath of a medical event, I provide a space where families can strengthen their connections and develop resilience together.

Athletes:

Athletes face unique pressures that extend beyond physical performance. Whether you're dealing with performance anxiety, recovering from an injury, struggling with confidence, or finding your motivation has waned, these challenges can affect not only your sport but your sense of identity and purpose. I work with athletes at all levels to address the mental and emotional aspects of competition and training. Together, we'll explore what's holding you back, rebuild confidence, and develop strategies to help you perform with greater freedom and resilience—both in your sport and in life.

I invite you to take this next step with me. Together, we'll explore a deeper understanding of who you are so you can show up more authentically for the people you care about. I would be truly honored to walk alongside you in this work. I look forward to hearing from you!
